Christ for Canada - Step Up Toronto 2026 - The Lamb, In the Valley of Decision

Updated: 7 days ago

On April 18, 2026, Christ for Canada, with the support of several churches, gathered at Mel Lastman Square to boldly proclaim the good news message of Jesus Christ, praying and believing for revival in Canada! Rain or shine, we committed ahead of time that we were doing this for an audience of One—for the glory of our Triune God.

Event Theme

This year's event featured a special theme titled "In the Valley of Decision: A Call to Revival," inspired by chapter 3 of the Book of Joel. Our keynote speakers guided us through chapters 1 to 3 of Joel, presenting what many view as a blueprint for revival, with the aspiration that Canada would embrace it as a guide for national renewal.

Prayer for Revival

For the past four years, our prayer has remained the same: that God would show us His glory, so that Canada can see His glory, and so that the whole world can see His glory.

Weathering the Storm: A Journey of Resilience and Excitement Embracing the Stormy Weather

Despite the challenges we faced, including the stormy weather that threatened to dampen our spirits, we emerged stronger than ever, and it was all steam ahead from there! Our adventure kicked off at 2:00 PM and kept the momentum going until 10:00 PM. Here’s a look at the vibrant participants who made this year's event truly unforgettable! This is a clip from our event that went viral: 179K views and 19.7K likes.
