Our Story

Christ for Canada was formally established in March 2026 as a not-for-profit initiative. Its vision was not formed in isolation but developed over many years of ministry experience and sustained engagement in evangelism across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Over time, a clear conviction emerged: the message of Jesus Christ must be communicated more directly and publicly.

In the fall of 2023, while serving with a church in North York and participating in public outreach, a conversation became a defining moment. A 17-year-old young woman, born and raised in Canada, shared that she had never heard the gospel before. That encounter raised a deeper concern: if someone could grow up in Canada without ever hearing the gospel, many others may also be unfamiliar with its core message—not because they have rejected it, but because they have never been given a clear opportunity to hear and understand it.

In response to this burden, a series of outreach gatherings were organized at Mel Lastman Square in North York:

2024 — Revelation: A Good News Music Event

2025 — Revelation: A Good News Music Event (Oh Canada, Apple of My Eye)

2026 — Christ for Canada: Step Up Event (The Lamb — In the Valley of Decision)

These events were made possible through collaboration with Christian leaders and supporters committed to public gospel proclamation.  This direction also connects to earlier ministry history.

In 2006, three “Step Up” gatherings were hosted within the Atkinson Housing Community in Downtown Toronto. Those early initiatives marked the beginning of sustained street-level outreach and helped shape the foundation of the work that continues today.  Christ for Canada now continues along that trajectory, with a focused commitment to proclaiming Jesus Christ across Canada.

Step Up - carries the meaning of believers stepping forward together as the Body of Christ (John 17:21–23).   Christ for Canada - exists to proclaim Jesus Christ so that others may come to know Him and follow Him.  This call to discipleship is consistently seen in the Gospels (Matthew 4:19; Matthew 16:24; Mark 1:17; Luke 9:23; John 21:19).  At Christ for Canada, the mission is understood as larger than any individual or organization. It is not centered on us.  It is centered on Jesus.  And Jesus calls people to follow Him.  The purpose of Christ for Canada is to see Canadians come to know Jesus Christ, step forward in faith, and follow Him whole heartedly.

A Call to Revival in Canada:  Christ for Canada is a national ministry devoted to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, calling the Church to unity, and awakening hearts across the nation. We exist to see Canada turn back to God through repentance, renewal, and a fresh outpouring of His Spirit.  In a time of spiritual drift and uncertainty, we believe God is calling His people to rise—boldly, faithfully, and without compromise.

Our Mission:  Our mission is simple yet urgent:  To bring the message of Jesus Christ to the forefront of Canadian society and to call this nation back to God.  ”We are committed to:  Preaching the Gospel with clarity and conviction, calling believers to repentance, prayer, and holiness, uniting the Body of Christ across denominational lines and creating spaces where people can encounter the presence of God.

What We Do:   Christ for Canada organizes and facilitates gatherings that are centered on worship, prayer, and the proclamation of the gospel.

Public Revival Gatherings:  We host outdoor events in cities across Canada, bringing the message of Jesus into public spaces. These gatherings are marked by worship, preaching, and a call to decision.

Church Partnership:  We work alongside local churches and leaders, strengthening unity and encouraging collective action for the advancement of the Gospel.

Teaching & Media:   Through recorded messages, teachings, and online content, we extend the impact of each gathering beyond the moment—reaching hearts across the nation.  Our Heart at the center of everything we do is a deep conviction: Jesus Christ is Lord over Canada. We believe this nation has a calling and a destiny under God. Our desire is to see hearts transformed, communities revived, and a generation awakened to righteousness and truth.  This is not about building an organization—it’s about advancing the Kingdom of God.  Join the Movement.

We invite you to stand with us. Whether through prayer, partnership, or attendance at our gatherings, you are part of what God is doing in this hour. Together, we believe Canada can be transformed by the power of the Gospel.

A Final Word:    “Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision!  For the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision.” — Joel 3:14  A moment is approaching.  In the prophet Joel, the “valley of decision” is not a place where people casually choose—it is the place where God brings the nations into judgment. It is a picture of urgency, accountability, and the nearness of the Day of the Lord.  That reality confronts every generation.

Canada, like every nation, stands accountable before God— and the time to respond to Him is not indefinite.  “Seek the Lord while He may be found; call upon Him while He is near.” — Isaiah 55:6.  Through Isaiah, the call is clear: there is a window of mercy. God invites the wicked to forsake their ways and return to Him, with the promise that He will abundantly pardon.  This is not about geography—it is about repentance.  “Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.” — James 4:8.  The response is personal before it is national. The call is first to humble ourselves, to turn from sin, and to seek Him sincerely.  So as that greater day approaches, the call before us is not speculation—but obedience.  To seek Him.  To return to Him.  To call upon Him while He is near.

The moment is approaching.  Let us seek the Lord now, while He may be found.
